I really loved the spacious apartment! It was super cozy and filled with natural light, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The hotel's location was fantastic, super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Plus, the breakfast was surprisingly good; just enough variety to keep it interesting!

The customer service at the front desk was a total letdown. The staff seemed bothered by my questions, and it made check-in a bit uncomfortable. the shower water would get cold way too quickly—definitely not ideal for long showers. the mixed experience left me wanting more.

I had a fantastic week-long stay here for a mix of business and leisure. I was upgraded to a spacious room, which was both modern and perfect. The staff welcomed me with refreshing Arab tea and local sweets, setting a warm tone for the stay. I especially appreciated the quick access to major attractions and the lovely breakfast spread that catered to all tastes. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service really made the trip nice.

Our seven-night stay at Gladiolus Hotel in Jeddah was wonderful, especially with our baby. The location is perfect for exploring nearby landmarks, and the spacious, bright room was cosy and immaculate. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the washing machine room was a lifesaver. it was a nice stay.

I was really frustrated when we arrived late only to find our room with three separate beds had been given away. They tried to squeeze us into a double, and we ended up waiting hours just to get our bags. What a mess!
